- Equity Valuation Report ("EVR Plus") - An EVR specialist uses online data sources and public data to gather information about sales history, comparable sales, and trend analysis. Market data is then analyzed, reconciled and delivered as an opinion of value.
- Collateral Assessment Report ("CAR") - The Collateral Assessment Report provides desk review processes and real property analysis outcomes. This information is reported and delivered in a detailed format with an opinion of value. If the values reported appear logical and are deemed appropriate, then no further upgrade or fee appraisal service is required.
- Broker Price Opinion ("BPO") - The BPO is used to value properties in situations where the expense or delay of an appraisal is not necessary; may be an effective alternative valuation solution in cases such as portfolio review or REO Management.
