Proven efficient processes from title production to escrow provide accurate and timely closings. Qualified REO Title Officers review purchase agreement terms, verify proper vesting, order conveyance documents, and examine all title matters such as liens, association dues, attorney fines, and statutes with a sense of urgency and determination.

Once curative issues have been resolved and the transaction is clear to close, an REO Scheduling Specialist will coordinate a convenient date, time, and location for all parties. They also assist our team of expert REO Escrow Officers in preparing the final settlement figures and documentation necessary to provide a smooth and professional closing for every transaction.
