National Foreclosure Title and Resolution Solution

First American's National Foreclosure Title Services business unit offers foreclosure title solutions inclusive of title resolution services, national underwriting authority, centralized billing and consumer service, and secure online access to title information, documents, and status of your title orders.
As a division of First American Title Insurance, our services are backed with title information expertise gained over more than a century of service. We consistently provide the highest standard of service, innovation, and the delivery of foreclosure title products that meet "best practices" standards in accuracy, pricing, and timeline management.
National Foreclosure Title Services offers a comprehensive 2-Owner Foreclosure Information Report ("FIR") designed specifically for utilization in the foreclosure process. The FIR is the key feature in our Direct Foreclosure Program, a solution for lenders, loan servicers, and foreclosing counsel, to assist in managing costs, accuracy rates, timelines, and service in procuring title information crucial to executing a valid foreclosure. The FIR also assists in identifying title issues that can delay the resale of a post-foreclosure property.
